Whenever any correspondence is received, your SBA Office Center agrees to notify you by the end of the day of receipt. The notifications are made via e-mail.

As agreed, the documentation received for your company may be re-sent via CTT to a specific address, or sent via email after scanning (the opening of letters requires written authorization) (*2)

You will be notified if a Customer and / or Supplier goes to the SBA Office Center without prior appointment. In this situation, the notification is made on receipt, so that you can access the information in a timely manner.
The notifications are made via e-mail.

A unique landline number for your business.

The calls to your company will be answered by SBA Office Center's staff, using the agreed protocol.

All information transmitted by telephone will be registered and sent to you by e-mail.

All telephone calls to your company can be forwarded to other contacts, landline or mobile, depending on the subject.
 
If call forwarding is not answered, all information transmitted by phone will be recorded and then sent via e-mail. (*3)

You can use the SBA Office Center general fax number as your business contact.

Whenever a fax is sent to your company, it will be forwarded via e-mail.
Monthly Meeting Room Usage

Monthly Meeting Room Usage

At SBA Office Center you are entitled to up to 8 Hours of use of the Meeting Room (not cumulative monthly) to meet with Customers, Suppliers or if you only need a place to work.
 
The use of the Meeting Room requires prior scheduling and depends on the availability of the Meeting Room during SBA Office Center business hours. (*4)

 

General Information / Contractual Requirements:

Documentation required for Companies already constituted.

A draft of the Service Contract will be drawn up. For the preparation of the contract, the following documents are required:

  • Code of permanent certificate or copy of commercial certificate;
  • Copy of documentation - BI & NIF (or Citizen's Card, Passport) of the company's partners;
  • Proof of Address of the company's partners (ie.: Invoice of the water bill, electricity bill, driving license);
  • Minimum payment of 2 monthly installments of the selected service.

Documentation required for New companies / Companies in Constitution

Step 1:
A provisional declaration of address will be provided in order to register the company. For the preparation of the provisional declaration of address, the following documents are required:
  • Copy of documentation of the company's partners - ID and NIF (or Citizen's Card, passport)
  • Copy of proof of address of the company's partners;
  • Minimum payment of 2 months of contracted service.

Step 2:
After registering the company, the final draft contract will be written where the company data will already appear. For the preparation of the final draft contract, the Company's Permanent Certificate Code is required.

Documentation required for Individual / Professional Liberal Contracts

The draft of the Service Agreement will be drawn up in an individual name. For the preparation of the contract, the following documents are required:
  • Copy of your documentation - I.D. and Portuguese tax number (passport also can be used)
  • Copy of a proof of address (it can be of an address outside of Portugal); ;
  • Minimum payment of 2 months of contracted service (2 X 22€/month + VAT = 54,12€. There are discounts for 6- or 12-month payments if you are interested).

What is the Minimum Initial Payment?

To contract and activate SBA Office Now services, you must make a minimum payment equivalent to two months of service (referring to the first and last contract months)

What is the minimum service time?

The minimum length of stay in the SBA Office Center is two months. If you wish to terminate the services of the SBA Office Center, you must inform us in writing 30 days in advance. If no notice of termination is received by both parties, it is automatically renewed monthly.

 

Additional Information:

*(1) - Reception of orders limited to an aprox. A4 size and/or up to 1kg in weight. For each Kg and/or quantity of orders beyond the stipulated limit, €1 will be charged.
*(2) - With a prepayment of 20€+VAT (amount that will be debited as forwarding/Scans are carried out);
*(3) - Monthly credit of 300 minutes for landline numbers and 180 minutes for mobile numbers ;
*(4) - Hours of meeting room use cannot be accumulated monthly. You can purchase more hours, separately.
*(5) - Monthly Payments require a direct debit authorization signature.
*(6) - 6-month Payments require payment of the entire semester at the time of contracting.
*(7) - Annual payments require payment for the entire year at the time of contracting.;
 

 

Warning:
Should any irregularity or misuse of the SBA Office Center address be detected a minimum payment of twelve (12) months will be required to rectify the situation.
