General questions about the SBA Office Center:

 

1 - What are the opening hours of the SBA Office Center?

The SBA Office Center is open every working day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on a continuous schedule (there is always someone to attend, even at lunch time).

We are also exceptionally open weekends and holidays if required, and by prior appointment.

2 - To use the meeting room and / or training, must I be already a client of the SBA Office Center?

No. Anyone can acquire the use of the Meeting Room / Training - SBA Office 1h, regardless of whether or not it is based in the Office Center.

 

General questions about the Virtual Office / Domiciliation Services - SBA Office Now:

 

1 - O que é um Escritório Virtual/ Sediação/ Domiciliação?

Escritório virtual é uma combinação de serviços de morada e secretariado. Permite reduzir os custos de escritório tradicional, mantendo o profissionalismo. Ou seja, trabalhe "em casa", podendo usar a morada e determinados serviços do Office Center.

2 - O serviço de Escritório Virtual destina-se apenas a empresas?

Os serviços de Sediação/ Domiciliação/ Escritório Virtual do SBA Office Center destinam-se a Empresas e também a Profissionais Liberais (Individuais).

3 - O que necessito para contratualizar um Escritório Virtual no SBA Office Center?

Informação geral:


Para contratualizar e ativar os serviços SBA Office Now, deverá efetuar um pagamento mínimo equivalente a 2 mensalidades (referentes ao primeiro e último meses de vigência de contrato);


Relativamente às etapas e/ou requisitos para contratualização, são necessários os seguintes:

Para empresas em fase de constituição:

  • Etapa 1 - Será passada uma declaração provisória de morada, para que se possa proceder ao registo da empresa (é necessário: Cópia de documentação - BI e NIF ou CC; Cópia de comprovativo de morada; Pagamento mínimo de 2 mensalidades);
  • Etapa 2 - Após o registo da empresa, será redigida a minuta final de contrato onde irão figurar já, os dados da empresa (é necessário o Código de certidão permanente da empresa).

Para empresas já constituídas ou para contratos em nome Individual:

  • Código de certidão permanente ou cópia da certidão comercia (para empresas);
  • Cópia de documentação - BI e NIF ou CC (cartão de cidadão) dos sócios a que a empresa obriga;
  • Comprovativo de morada dos sócios a que a empresa obriga. Cópia de documentação - BI e NIF ou CC (cartão de cidadão);



Advertência: caso seja detectada alguma irregularidade ou uso indevido da morada do SBA Office Center, será necessário o pagamento minimo de seis (6) mensalidades para retificação da situação.
